Renting or buying a cage for your pet, be it a dog or cat, can immediately bring up some questions that you have never had to consider. Be it what size the crate should be or changes in your delivery or collection address, we have you covered with our quick and easy FAQ’s.

Which crate size should I use?
Your pet should be able to stand, lie down and turn around in the crate, but not be able to walk around. Have a look at the dimensions of the crates and then decide accordingly. The drop down when completing a quote, will only give you an idea of which size pet will fit into the different crates size.

How do I help my pet get comfortable with the crate?
There are different ways to help your pet, depending on the reason for using the crate. Check out our tips option on the menu bar, to help for the different situations.

My location is not on the drop down list, can I still order?
Yes, you most definitely can still order. Send us an email with your enquiry and location and we will send you a quote for the crate.

Can the cage be collected at a different address than where it was delivered?
The free delivery and collection must be at the same address. If you need to use a different location for collection of crate it will cost an additional R50.

I have already chosen my collection/return location and paid, but now I need to change the location. Is this possible?
Anything is possible. Send us an email with your request and we will see what we can do. Any additional costs will be for your account.

I need the crate longer than originally paid for. What now?
That's easy - before the end of the rental period, you will receive an extension email. In this email it will give you the option to extend your rental period and the cost involved.

Is the payment secure?
Yes, we use PayFast which is South Africa’s number one choice for online payments. For more information visit their website: www.payfast.co.za

When do I get my security deposit back?
The security deposit will be refunded within 2(two) working days after the return of the crate, to the account specified by yourself, providing there are no damages or late fees. There is a R10.00 administration fee that will be deducted from the security deposit amount.

What are the cancellation terms?
-Cancelling more than 72 hours (3 days) before collection date: 15% of the total rental fee will be kept as an administration fee.
-Cancelling less than 72 hours (3 days) before collection date: 50% of the rental fee will be kept as an administration fee.
-No cancellations once rental period has started.
